Haesun Kim
Haesun served as CEO of Suntransglobe Asia/Taiya SI Partners for over 20 years consulting from startup companies to small and medium sized companies facilitate cross border business deals in the territory of US, Korea and China. Haesun is also serving as a Partner of KGround Venture Capital who are selected as one of the promising venture capital funds from the Korean Government. Haesun played a key role as marketing and financial advisory expert to a number of Korean companies selected by various Korean Government organizations, ie. the Ministry of Information & Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, Ministry of Finance and Economy and Ministry of Health and Welfare. Haesun also worked as Supervisor at Korea Exchange Bank London branch for 8 years covering international export-import banking service.
Haesun has successfully completed more than 50 market expansion business contracts as well as raised millions of US dollars to the companies in the field of Information Technology, Biotechnology, Medical Business as well as Energy fields. Important tasks involved in advising management to establish the right strategy to expand market, negotiate important terms, prepare relevant materials for IR and raise funds.
Haesun has studied simultaneous interpretation at the School of Simultaneous Interpretation and Translation at Hankook University of Foreign Studies in Korea, Acquired SCPM certificate at Stanford University, and Financial Analysis and Valuation for Lawyers at Harvard Law School.

Ms. Veronica Kim, has been in consulting business over 25 years in large scale projects upto US$6.5Billions in Telecommunications, Energy, Resources, Health & Education and entertainment sectors. Handling legal documents, finance, partnership between North America and Asia as well as Africa and Caribbean. She is also a founder of IT education business, STGedu which is a leading digital application business for mobile, tablet as well as character goods. (former Iesl, multimedia education company). iesl has history of winning mobile content award in year 2010 as well as been selected as 16 influential company by Silicon Valley news. It was education program targeting Asian, European and American markets. Veronica establish a partner relationship with major Chinese companies with licenses for distributing English multimedia Education program. She was invited by Korean government as representing leading business women of Canada. In her early career, she was master of ceremony of '88 Olympic at main stadium and lecturer for SIWA on office automation. STGedu has been introduced as successful global project and it has been introduced at Korean government official booklet. She has been educated in UK, Korea, USA and Canada. She holds B.A in Business management at University of Maryland and Technology Entrepreneurship at Stanford University.

Dr. Insuk Han
Dr. Han is biotechnolog specialist. His specialty area is in the field of hydrogel chemistry, reproductive biology, biochemistry etc.
Dr. Han founded and successfully licensed out M-Biotech patent technology.
He has served as advisor to over 30 companies in terms of providing technical advisory role to such companies as Seegene (Kosdaq 096530, Meditox (Koddaq 086900), TNL, Blackrock Micryosystem (US) etc., Director of Korea CEO Summit.
Dr. Han served as the Founding President of University of Utah Asia Campus, Head of Songdo Bioconvergence Center, Advisor to Incheon Center for Creative Economy & Innovation, as well as Daegu Center for Creative Economy & Innovation.
Dr. Han studied Chemistry at Han Yang University (Seoul), Biochemistry at the Washington State University (US), served as Research Fellow at the Department of Dermatology at the University of Michigan, and Research Fellow at the Department of Pharmaceutics at the University of Michigan.
